Women's March Ōtautahi Christchurch January 2017

Ōtautahi Feminist Collective Kōrero May 2017

You’re invited to join the newly formed Ōtautahi Feminist Collective for a kōrero. We’re meeting Wednesday May 24th at the Space Academy bar at 7pm.

Our speakers will discuss the realities of racism in Ōtautahi. Come along to listen, learn, be challenged and discuss the intersects between gender and race.

Also hear the latest updates from the wider Women’s March movement as we look ahead to World Refugee Day, Suffrage Day and our general election on the 23rd of September.

The kaupapa for these kōrero aims for inclusivity and diversity, so please don’t be afraid or feel too whakamā to join us. Feel free to message the hosts if you are coming alone and want a friendly face to sit with.

We’ll meet at the Space Academy bar at 371 St Asaph Street at 7 pm. Food and drink will be available for purchase.

Stay Connected!

If you can’t make it to the kōrero, please join us in a closed Facebook Group for the Ōtautahi Feminist Collective members.
