#WhyIVote – Still time to enrol for a very special vote on September 23

If you haven’t enrolled to vote in the 2017 New Zealand General Election, don’t worry, there’s still time.

In fact you can enrol right up to the day before election day on Saturday, September 23.

And your vote just got a little more special.

Anyone enrolling from August 24 until the day before election day casts a special declaration vote. A special vote takes a bit longer and means filling in an extra form, but don’t let that put you off. Kate’s counting on you.

You can enrol via:
• Elections website at www.elections.org.nz
• Freetexting your name and address to 3676 to be sent a form
• Going to a PostShop
• Calling Freephone 0800 36 76 56.

More information about enrolling and voting is available from www.elections.org.nz
